The Portland Extended Stay Guest House is a comfortable, convenient, furnished, and charming residential home in inner NE Portland.

The Portland Extended Stay Guest House is for individuals and couples who are seeking an affordable location to stay while in Portland for one month or longer. It's a great place to stay for you if you are:

• relocating to Portland
  
• a professional in town for a project or rotation
• a short term student in Portland
• on a longer-term family and friends
• living in Portland but temporarily relocating for personal reasons
  

At the Guest House, you can stay in your own spacious, furnished room for half what you’d pay for a vacation rental, hotel, or an executive stay apartment. Guests share the two bathrooms in the house, as well as the kitchen. Guests are vetted by me.

I supply common goods, such as linens, towels, kitchenware, paper towels, toilet pager, and hand soap. All you need to bring is your own toiletries and clothes. This is a plug and play setup intended to make your life easy.
