The ADU is in a great walking neighborhood, 6 blocks south of the Alberta Arts District with hundreds of restaurants, bars and coffee shops, grocery stores, within a 20 minute walk. It's 15 min from downtown by car; with excellent bus routes nearby.
Art, color, and stained glass are everywhere, bathing the space with warm and magical light. Completely outfitted with linens, cookware, everything you need.
The fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, and fridge. Up the talavera tiled staircase is the bedroom with walk-in closet (1 w/split king tempurpedic adjustable bed), a washer/dryer, and a bathroom with shower + mosaic tiled tub with skylight.
