Rates and terms

To reserve a room, send a $995 security deposit check to "Nicholas Peterson".

You can also pay online here. However, only do this one you have spoken and confirmed a reservation date with Kol. 

(Note: checks made out to "Kol Peterson" or "The Portland Extended Stay Guest House" can not be processed.)

• The minimum stay is one month.

  • Rooms for individuals start at $995/month.

  • An advance reservation and deposit is required.

  • No smoking.

  • No pets.

  • Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 11 a.m.

For all rooms, I require a $995 security deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay. Reservations cancelled a month or more in advance will be returned.

A contract will be signed upon arrival at the house.

The monthly room rate is due on the booking date and each month thereafter. After the first month, rates are prorated.

For example, for an individual staying from June 10th till July 26th, $995 would be due on June 10th. One month after moving in, on July 10th, the individual would pay $530 ($33.16/day X 16 days) for the final 15 days at the Guest House. I then return the $995 security deposit upon checkout. 

Credit card payments are an acceptable form of deposit (Visa or Mastercard are accepted over the phone).
