Room Rates
Each large bedroom has windows, a queen-sized bed, a lounging chair, and ample storage room and large closets for personal belongings. All rooms are fully furnished. Linens and towels are included.
The monthly room rate is due on the booking date and each month thereafter. There is a one month minimum-after the first month, rates are prorated. See booking for more information.
All rooms are $1,095/month.

Downstairs Room.
This is the only bedroom on the first floor. There's a bathroom downstairs as well.

Master Room
The master bedroom is attached to the upstairs bathroom. Out the windows, you look east over 10th Ave.

Red Room
The Red Room boasts sharp angles, bold colors, and a funky floor. The walk-in closet is huge--so big that it has a twin bed in it and there's still tons of room for storage.

The Green Room has a secretary desk, two large walk in closets, and a view out to the backyard.
