The Pad


This is a new ground level unit located at 4311 NE 9th Ave, one block away from the primary Portland Extended Stay Guest House. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit, with all brand new construction.

It has modern clean lines and finishes, and is very comfortable.

The unit is fully accessible and clean--it's great if you are seeking accommodations without steps.

There's a sectional couch, kitchen table, chairs, a queen bed, a twin bed, a desk, and other miscellaneous furniture that you'll need for your extended stay. There's also a 55" swivel smart TV with a sound bar sound system, so you can easily stream Netflix or Spotify. Marble countertops, a fully tiled bathroom, washer, dryer, and keyless entry, a large covered front patio, a ton of built in storage, closet space, and much more, making this home extremely comfortable for singles and couples.

There's an off-street parking space, and ample on-street parking. The patio cover can double as a way to have covered parking when needed.

This is the lower apartment in a building with two units; the unit is classified as an accessory dwelling unit by the City. The upstairs unit is rented out long term by three young professionals and their cool husky.

The smaller bedroom has a twin bed, and a desk, so the room can work as a bedroom, guestroom, or office.


The cost is $2,200/month. This includes all utilities, WiFi, trash. There are no additional fees except a non-refundable one time cleaning fee of $100.

Holding the unit requires a deposit of $500. The rent is due each month in full at the beginning of the monthly lease cycle (ie. the monthly date that the lease began).

The apartment is professionally cleaned during each turnover.

Dogs are allowed in this unit.
